At April Koa, we deeply value every client's appointment, striving to offer unparalleled dedication to each service. To ensure that every individual receives the attention they deserve, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to modify or cancel your appointment. A failure to provide this notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Similarly, any no-show appointments will also be subject to a 50% service fee.

Regarding punctuality, April Koa extends a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Any arrivals beyond this window will be considered as no-shows and the aforementioned charges will apply.
